Sustainability is deeply embedded into the very architecture of Elmpark Green. Every building is carefully angled southward and crafted with a slim profile to maximise daylight and tap into natural, passive solar energy.
Instead of heavy artificial cooling, our innovative double-skin exterior walls enable the campus to breathe naturally. Powering it all is our on-site renewable energy plant, where clean wood-chip boilers independently generate all the hot water and electricity the campus community needs.
