Elmpark Green is a landmark mixed-use campus on Merrion Road in Dublin 4, overlooking Dublin Bay. It was designed by Bucholz McEvoy Architects and was conceived as a new model of sustainable urban development that integrates living, working, leisure, healthcare, and public open spaces within a single master-planned environment.
The development extends across approximately 8 hectares (17 acres) and comprises more than 100,000 m² of accommodation, including offices, apartments, senior housing, healthcare facilities, leisure amenities, cafés, childcare facilities, and extensive landscaped gardens.
Bucholz McEvoy Architects' notebooks and original concept sketches for Elmpark include the 'breathing buildings' natural-ventilation idea, the on-site energy strategy, the green landscape plan and the mix of homes, offices and amenities that shapes the campus.
